The Daily Greek is a creative concept that merges the magic of Greek traditions with the magic of design. Inspired by geometrical motifs and linear shapes from the classical antiquity period, and the classic colors of the Greek flag (blue and white), the design pays homage to Greek heritage. The designers used harmonious lines and shapes to create eye-catching patterns that make a striking visual statement.

The design is realized using Pantone color paper box products (280 gr.) and comes in various sizes suitable for different products. From pastry boxes to tea boxes, each packaging is a testament to the simplicity and power of geometric forms, and the enchanting white and blue shades of Greece.

When consumers interact with The Daily Greek packaging, they are transformed into adventurous travelers in the land of Greek traditions and recipes. The design not only attracts consumers but also conveys the Greek origins of the brand in a modern and appealing way.

The project started in June 2017 in Thessaloniki, Greece, and finished in December 2018 in Athens, Greece. The design process involved extensive research to connect the classic colors of Greece with traditional linear motifs and geometrical patterns associated with Ancient Greece. The challenge was to create packages that can attract all consumers and at the same time convey the Greek origins of the brand.

The Daily Greek is not just a design; it's a celebration of Greek heritage. The design was awarded Silver in A' Packaging Design Award in 2019, a prestigious recognition given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. This award is a testament to the design's strong technical characteristics, splendid artistic skill, and its ability to introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
